KETO RECIPE: PARMESAN AVOCADO WITH RED CHILI FLAKES


I can't imagine doing the Ketogenic Diet without eating tons of avocados- they are the perfect food! So I am always looking for new ways to enjoy them. One of my favorites is baked in the oven with seasoning and parmesan sprinkled on top. 

KETOGENIC PARMESAN AVOCADO RECIPE

  • Heat oven to 425
  • Cut avocado in half
  • Squirt lime juice on both halves and then sprinkle with ground sea salt and pepper 
  • Cover both sides with Parmesan cheese and then sprinkle red chili flakes on top 
  • Place avocados in pan and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted to desired amount

ENJOY! Baking them really gives you a whole new flavor and texture and there are so many things you can do to change up the toppings. You can be sure I will post many other variations in the future!
