Recently I was lucky enough to receive a Keto Box in the mail! I am super excited to try all of the different products! The very first product that I decided to try is the Habanero Pepper Pork Clouds

I am a total pork rind addict these days! I never, in my entire life had tried a pork rind until I went Keto. I don't why, because now I am totally obsessed. 

Now Habanero scared me a bit, not gonna lie, because while I am not scared of spicy stuff, I am also not a total spice freak. They are SPICY! Much spicier than the spicy variety you can buy at the regular grocery store, but they are really good! I normally would have dipped them in sour cream, but I was out so I dipped them in Whipped Cream Cheese. Sound weird?! Yup maybe a little, but it was delicious!

There is no extra junk in these pork rinds according to the Pork Cloud website, they are made with pork skin, rock salt, GMO-free olive oil, and "vibrant seasonings". Why are they called Pork Clouds you ask? Here's why...

Pork Clouds are wonderfully fluffy crisps of pork skin, so fluffy that we couldn't in good conscience call them a rind. So we looked up and a more appropriate name dawned upon us. 

The products have no hormones, no carbs, no trans fats, and no gluten. They have 4 flavors: Cinnamon Ceylon, Rosemary & Sea Salt, Malabar Black Pepper and the Habanero Pepper. I definitely want to try the other 3 flavors! I will add these to my list of Artisanal Pork Rinds, along with the Epic varieties that I love so much. 

Overall, I definitely recommend YUMMMMM!
