AS well as entrepreneurs and other coaches in the industry. I’ve been coaching for 12 years and have personally gone from competing several times in bodybuilding ending with a top 10 finish on a national stage. to mma and athletic conditioning. Helping fighters, NFL players, extreme sports athletes maximize their nutrition to support optimal brain health and athletic performance.

I’ve Found my perfect genetic weight, where my body has continued to see performance gains, as well as aesthetic gains of losing fat and gaining muscle without the major fluctuations of weight.
HAVE YOU HAD ANY SETBACKS OR CHALLENGES IN YOUR KETO JOURNEY?
I came from a bodybuilder minds set of get 1.5-3 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. I thought for sure my gains would disappear. So lowering my protein was my biggest challenge.
I failed the first 3 times trying to get in and for that reason, I forced myself to take in no more that 100 grams of protein daily and compensate with 400-500 grams of fat!

KETO MUFFINS
- 1.5 scoops Quest Protein
- 1/4c KetoAndCo
- 6 eggs
- 4tbs coconut oil
- 1 the butter
- 2 tbs coyo or coconut cream
Mix dry ingredients separately then blend with eggs and oil.
Bake at 350 for 15=20min
