I am 29 years old. I am a certified personal trainer for 24 hour fitness. I have been training people for the last 10 years. I had always been in shape however over the last five years I have struggled with my weight. I gain 30 pounds, had a lot of digestion and inflammation issues however as soon as I started Keto, I had lost all of the weight and reversed any metabolic/cardiovascular diseases that I was experiencing. My mission in life now is to help as many people transition safely into a ketogenic diet as a lifestyle.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS HAVE YOU GOTTEN FROM EATING KETO?
I lost 30lbs and 12% Body Fat. Healed my leaky gut syndrome and have no more aches and pains through information.
HAVE YOU HAD ANY SETBACKS OR CHALLENGES IN YOUR KETO JOURNEY?
Of course. I went through the Keto flu and a lot of doubt from my coworkers (other trainers) however my wife supported me to the end (hit goal).

- JUST START, don't try to "know it all". Learn as you go.
- Have faith.
- Buy a BLOOD Ketone Meter.

- Pasture Raised, Grass Fed Fatty Meat
- Coconut Anything

EXERCISE! DO YOU DO IT?!
DO YOU EXERCISE IN ADDITION TO YOUR KETO WOE? IF SO WHAT IS YOUR WORKOUT PLAN AND WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL?

Lots of Weight Training and High Intensity interval training. Anything that's going to use multiple muscle groups and joints to help you burn through any glucose and glycogen within your body so you can start producing ketones and become keto adapted
DO YOU TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENTS, IF SO WHICH ONES?
The only supplements I would recommend is a vitamin D3, fiber supplement, magnesium supplement as well as a possible potassium supplement. Electrolytes are crucial on a ketogenic diet which is why most people get the keto flu and end up quitting and never becoming keto adapted.
