1) Remember that you started Keto to live a healthier life. Don't forget that you are doing something kind to yourself by sticking to your lifestyle choices. Keto is not a punishment. It is a choice you make to be your best self.
2) You can still enjoy treats this Halloween, just make sure they are Keto. Brands like Nui Cookies and Know Foods have delicious Keto Treats that will satisfy your sweet tooth without undoing your hard work.

Get a silicone mold, I bought this Jack-o-Lantern mold at Target
Melt down some Choc Zero Milk or Dark Chocolate in the microwave or on the stove top, stir frequently
Fill half the mold with melted keto chocolate
Add a spoonful of Perfect Keto Nut butter
Fill the mold to the top with more melted chocolate
Freeze for 20-30 minutes
