A fat-filled combination of butter, broccoli, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, and cheddar make this soup filling and delicious. Great for a night when you feel like going meatless, but you could also add crumbled bacon on top if you want some added protein. The easy to find ingredients can be kept on hand anytime for a quick dinner. 4g of net carbs per bowl.
