One super easy Keto dinner that my daughter and I love is Whole Foods shrimp cocktail. Is there anything easier?!
Instead of the cocktail sauce that comes with it I whip up a quick Dijon mustard and mayo sauce that adds a nice creamy element and adds some fat. You can see it in the photo below with a little parsley on top. Quick, easy and delicious!
