GINGER-LIME BABY BACK RIBS

Ribs are the easiest way to my daughter’s heart. Anytime we go out to eat and she sees them on a menu, she orders them, so I’ve started making them at home, too. I like to serve these mouth-watering ribs alongside a simple slaw made with shredded cabbage, lime juice, and avocado oil mayonnaise. This is a really solid yet simple meal that will keep your macros in line and make you feel like you’re not giving up a thing.

CINNAMON-PECAN COFFEE CAKE

Growing up, my favorite breakfast was a boxed coffee cake that my mom would make. We would add chopped pecans to the top and slather it in butter and it was just incredible. This keto-friendly version of one of my favorite childhood treats is just as delicious as I remember. In the fall I sometimes like to change up the flavor by swapping pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon and walnuts or almonds for the pecans- either way, you won’t be able to eat just one slice!
