KETO RECIPE: Edible Cookie Dough

I know I’m not the only one who loves to dig into a bowl of cookie dough. The keto version is super easy and comes together in just a couple minutes with ingredients I’m guessing you already have! The recipe is egg free, so eat away without worries. The whole batch has 12 net carbs so it’s up to you how many servings it is;)

Edible Keto Cookie Dough

  • 6 tbsp of coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup of Confectioners Swerve (or powdered sweetener of choice)

  • 1/2 cup of salted butter, softened (or you can use unsalted butter and add 1/2 tsp of salt)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips, I use ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in mixer until blended thoroughly

  2. Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips

  3. You can form the cookie dough into balls or just place in a sealed and covered container

  4. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and then enjoy!

You can also melt an additional 1/2 cup of ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips, melt them in microwave in 30 second intervals. Then place balls of cookie dough on parchment paper, pour melted chocolate on top and place in refrigerator or freezer to harden.

Choc Zero’s Chocolate Chips come in dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. They’re perfect for all of your keto baking and desserts! Of course they are sugar free and have zero sugar alcohols like all Choc Zero products.

Fun fact! My chocolate chip cookie recipe is actually on the back of the dark chocolate chip bag! So if you are craving some actual chocolate chip cookies you’ve got to try mine! Link to recipe is down below!

Melted chocolate is delicious on the end of my chocolate chip cookies too!
