When In Doubt… Eat An Avocado!
One of the best foods you can eat on keto is the avocado. There are so many amazing health benefits, it is truly the perfect food! Incorporate one every day if you can! Here are a few of the amazing health benefits:
Weight Loss: The avocado has more fiber than any other food, so it makes you feel full faster which results in eating less overall.
Immune System Boost: Avocados contain the antioxidant Glutathione which boosts your system.
Potassium: Did you know that a large avocado has twice the potassium of a banana?! So if you ever feel cramping in your legs or feet, head straight to the avocado or guac!
Blood Sugar Stabilization: Avocados help keep blood sugar stable and regulated.
Eye Health: Avocados contain lutein which protects you from age-related eye degeneration.
