KETO RECIPE: Valentine Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake
This milkshake is inspired by strawberry cheesecake and is a delicious treat! Thick, filling, and is the perfect dessert for a sweet treat on Valentine’s Day!
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 oz of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon of erythritol (I use Swerve)
You can use granular or confectioners
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
6 strawberries, hulled
6 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla. Mix on high to fully combine.
Then add the strawberries and ice, blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
TOPPINGS
Whipped cream
