Keto Candy Bar Bites

One of my weaknesses before I started Keto were those Bite Sized Candy Bars. I would by a bag to give out to trick or treaters and end up eating more than I would have liked to. They are just so good!! So this year I am making my own Keto Candy Bar Bites with Heka Good Foods and Choc Zero!

To make these, all you need is your favorite flavor of Heka Good Food’s Keto Bars and Dark Chocolate Choc Zero Baking Chips!

I took Heka Chocolate Cookie Dough Bars, cut them up, and dipped them in Melted Choc Zero Chocolate! Move over bite sized candy bars! 

Keto Candy Bar Bites

Step 1: Grab your favorite Heka Keto Bar. My favorite flavor is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, but this would also be delicious with the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Flavor. Cut the Keto Bar into small rectangles, you know bite-sized.

Step 2: Place 1 cup of Choc Zero’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips in a glass bowl. Microwave for 10-15 seconds at a time, stirring thoroughly until smooth.

Step 3: Secure the pieces of Heka Bar on a fork and then dip them into the melted chocolate and turn until coated.

Step 4: With your finger, slide the bar off of the fork and onto a parchment paper covered baking dish.

Step 5: Chill for 30 minutes and Enjoy!


One Heka Good Food’s Bar only has 1 net Gram of Carbs, and Choc Zero’s Dark chocolate baking chips have 1 net gram in about each 1/2 cup.

I can normally make around 4 or 5 Candy Bites out of one Heka Bar. So for only about 2-3 net carbs you can have 5 Candy Bites- WOOHOOOO!
