KETO RECIPE: Chocolate Cookie Bark With Bacon, Pecans and Sea Salt


Every once in awhile I throw together a recipe that instantly becomes one of my favorite things, this is one of them and it only has 5 ingredients! I wanted to create a decadent dessert that would be a great holiday treat and of course be super easy to make. There are so many yummy keto-friendly cookie brands, so you can grab any brand you like to make this Chocolate Cookie Bark With Bacon, Pecans and Sea Salt.

STEP ONE: GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • 2 regular size keto-friendly cookies or 1 large

  • 1 bag of ChocZero Baking Chips (milk, dark or white, your choice!)

  • 2 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup of pecans, chopped

  • Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt your chocolate in the microwave, 30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted

  2. Place parchment paper or silicone mat on a cookie sheet

  3. Pour melted chocolate onto mat/parchment

  4. Add crumbled cookie, chopped pecans, crumbled bacon and finish with pinch of sea salt

  5. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes before breaking into pieces

  6. Enjoy!

Then if you have a little extra bacon and a little extra chocolate...
