What could be better than that? I have a bunch of keto fish dishes that I rotate into our weekly meals, but this is my favorite.
This keto recipe uses 5 ingredients, including my favorite Vital Farms Butter. It also only dirties two dishes which makes me so happy. There is nothing worse than the aftermath of a fish dish in your kitchen.
For this recipe, I decided to make asparagus for my side dish. I love that the cook time for asparagus and salmon are the same, so you don't have to worry about the vegetables wilting before the salmon is done. If for some crazy reason you don't like asparagus, you can substitute green beans. I like to add some red pepper flakes to green beans when I bake them to give them an added punch.
I love how this dish plates up. It is simple but beautiful. I mostly just make this for my daughter and I, but it is the perfect keto dish to serve to friends and family on any occasion.
