My cousin Dana!

My cousin Dana is the master of charcuterie boards! She has always made incredible grazing boards for our friend gatherings and other events and recently she launched her own company called Just Add Wine LA!

All of the boards featured in this post are by her. I just love the way she layers and curates everything! She also makes gorgeous all veggie boards for vegan friends. I asked her what inspires her beautiful boards,

To me, a grazing board is the ultimate social playing field. It gets everyone around the board picking and choosing based on their own personal palettes, dietary preferences all the while cueing up a conversation and breaking the ice at a party. You, as the party-going-consumer, get to decide exactly what bite you want! Cheese and meat? Or cheese and pepper jelly? It’s all a matter of personal taste simultaneously bringing people together.

Some of Dana’s favorite things to add to a grazing board are unexpected ingredients like caperberries or golden raspberries. Ultimately, it's all about what is in season and visually pleasing (not to mention tastes delish!). Get creative and make the board your canvas. There is no wrong combo or direction to go -- creative freedom reigns!
