KETO RECIPE: Herb and Dijon Pork Chops
Dijon mustard and parmesan cheese add a delicious bite to these pork chops. Mixed with the mayonnaise, the creamy combination keeps the pork chops juicy and full of flavor.
Herb and Dijon Pork Chops

Cook time: 17 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon avocado oil mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 boneless pork chops
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon parsley, minced
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix Dijon, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Pat the pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
Spread the Dijon-mayonnaise mixture on the pork chops and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Adjust the oven to broil and cook 1 to 2 minutes, until golden.
Let the pork chops rest for 10 minutes, sprinkle the parsley on top, then serve.
