NO BAKE KETO DESSERTS: Chocolate Chip Yogurt Pops and German Chocolate Truffles

Summer is here and my oven is off! Living in SoCal it doesn’t get too hot, but I also don’t have AC so I find myself using my Instant Pot more and I’m loving no bake dessert ideas. Here are 2 super simple ones that use my favorite keto product of all time, Choc Zero! Let me know if you make them and be sure to tag me on Instagram, I love to see your creations!

Keto Chocolate Chip Yogurt Pops

There are lots of great low carb and low sugar yogurt options these days, so you can choose your favorite. I typically buy Two Good, it’s easy to find at any regular grocery store or Target. Then I use Vanilla syrup, but ChocZero has lots of delicious syrup flavors so you could mix it up with Mango, Strawberry or Banana!

Makes 5 large popsicles.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz low carb, plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of ChocZero sugar free syrup, I used Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup of ChocZero sugar free baking chips, I used Milk Chocolate

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to combine.

  2. Spoon into popsicle mold or place yogurt mixture into a piping bag and squirt into the popsicle molds. I have these popsicle molds from Amazon which come with a cute little funnel!

  3. Insert popsicle stick and freeze overnight or until frozen.
