Melt Down Choc Zero Keto Baking Chips to make Candy!
Choc Zero’s new baking chips aren’t just for Keto Cookies! These little morsels can be melted down and made into anything you like. They say the test of a good chocolate is how well it melts. Choc Zero’s Baking chips melt down smoothly and make amazing chocolates!
These dark chocolate chips are made with the same Choc Zero’s signature low carb chocolate in their chocolate squares and Keto Bark. It is sweetened with Monk Fruit and Soy and Dairy Free!
To Melt, place baking chips in a glass bowl and microwave for 10-15 second increments, stirring at every break until the chocolate is smooth. You can also melt them in a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring constantly. From there, your options are limitless!
Here are some recipes that I am excited to try with Choc Zero’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips:
Frozen Blueberry Chocolate Clusters- make little circles of melted Keto Chocolate on a silicone sheet, stack Frozen Blueberries in a little cluster, drizzle the melted chocolate on top, and put them back the freezer.
Chocolate covered Strawberries- dip strawberries in the melted mixture and set on a silicone sheet to cool in the fridge.
Chocolate covered nuts- Melt down the chocolate in a bowl and then stir in your favorite nuts. Spread the nuts individually to try or make your own chocolate bark.
Keto Peanut Butter Cups- Grab some silicone candy molds, line the molds with melted chocolate, add a dollop of Keto Nut Butter, and spread more chocolate on top.
