KETO RECIPE: 2 LOW CARB HOLIDAY COCKTAILS
I love a festive holiday drink and these are 2 of my favorites! Both have a keto-friendly horchata inspired base that is dairy-free and just delicious! Add rum and you have yourself a Keto-Chata Russian, add vodka and you have a Keto-Chata Martini. YUM!
Rum or Vodka? Or both?!
Keto-Chata Russian
1 1/2 oz Rum
1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup full fat Coconut Milk
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Erythritol to taste
Serve over ice with an Orange Slice, Cloves, Cinnamon, and a sprig of greenery to make it festive.
Keto-Chata Martini
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup full fat Coconut Milk
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Erythritol to taste
Shake this up with Ice and make it extra fancy with a Cinnamon Stick and Rosemary
