KETO IN 30 MINUTES RECIPE: Italian Sausage Soup


This cozy soup has a wonderful kick to it that will keep you extra warm on those chilly nights. I love the slightly spicy Italian sausage inside that gives it a great kick. I also love to add a generous amount of parmesan cheese on top ;)

The original version uses Spinach, but you can also use kale or cabbage, see below for variations.

KETO RECIPE: Cozy 5 Ingredient Keto Soups


It is officially soup season!

Not much is better than a cozy bowl of delicious soup. I have a variety of keto friendly soup recipes in my 2 cookbooks. All are super easy and will please the whole family.

BROCCOLI-CHEESE SOUP

A fat-filled combination of butter, broccoli, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, and cheddar make this soup filling and delicious. Great for a night when you feel like going meatless, but you could also add crumbled bacon on top if you want some added protein. The easy to find ingredients can be kept on hand anytime for a quick dinner. 4g of net carbs per bowl.

TACO SOUP

This soup has a nice kick from taco seasoning and seasoned tomatoes. The base of the soup is rich and creamy with a mixture of ground beef, beef bone broth and and cream cheese. 5g net carbs per bowl.

Savor the Last Bit of Cool Weather with Keto-Friendly Soup

This week in Southern California has been so beautiful. The days have been clear and sunny, and the nights have been cool. These colder nights make me crave something warm and comforting. I love to curl up with a blanket and a big bowl of soup.  Luckily, there are many keto-friendly soup options!

Most canned soups are high in carbs and are made with things like GMO’s and High Fructose Corn Syrup, but, actually, soup can be healthy and keto-friendly.  In my cookbook, The Easy 5- Ingredient Ketogenic Diet Cookbook, there are five keto soup recipes.
